  I have lived here for 3 months and my experience has been positive. Ramazan and Crystal made the application and move-in process easier for me. Office staff, maintenance, cleaning crew and residents have all been A+. I have NOT experienced anything written in the negative reviews. Absolutely no bugs, no odors and no noise.   Krystle at 251 Dekalb is a jack of all trades and literally the best… she is always knowledgeable about anything I ask for and makes sure if I have a concern it is always passed along to the right person. I’ve been having issues with bugs in my apartment and weekly she makes sure the exterminator comes by. Today she helped me track down my Amazon pkg. I made contact with Amazon to handle the problem.   I had a great experience living at 251 DeKalb, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Stephen and the management team. I actually moved out quite a while ago and now live in California, but I recently made the mistake of having a valuable package shipped to my old address. I reached out to the leasing office for help, and Stephen went above and beyond. He took the time to look for the package, found it, kept it safe in his office, and even offered to drop it off at UPS on his way home after I sent him a prepaid label. What impressed me most is that I’m not even a current resident anymore, yet he was still incredibly responsive, patient, and willing to help. He absolutely didn’t have to do all of that, and it says a lot about the kind of person he is and the level of care the management team provides. I really appreciated my time living at 251 DeKalb, and this experience reminded me why. Thank you again, Stephen!

  Came into the office and the staff was great. I was extremely impressed by Mecca who not only greeted me as soon as I came in with a friendly attitude but also she  had  patience when answering all of my concerns.

  Emily is amazing when it comes to handling any of your Maintance needs. She always follows up to make sure my request have been completed, follows up on things and is extremely kind and helpful. Stephen in the office is very quick to reply to all inquiry's. Pool is wonderful and the space is very nice. The only downfall is not being able to control your own heat/air-conditioning and other people’s animals going to the bathroom in the elevator or common areas and hidden fees. Other then that they keep the areas clean, they reply quickly and have really stepped it up in terms of Maintance
